Our Services

A typical visual inspection of a home takes around 2-3 hours or more depending on the size and condition of the house. Although not required, I encourage you to accompany me during this time. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the property.

When the visual inspection is complete we can discuss any major or minor concerns that you may have. You will also receive a full written report with pictures attached within 24 hours or less.

My home inspection report is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the physical structure and various systems within the house.

As a member of interNACHI it is required that I continue with ongoing training and testing to ensure that I stay up to date on new construction materials and practices.
